I joined SEH Asphalt in 2006 fresh out of 6th Form at 18 years old, starting with one day a week at college and four days learning the ropes. I went on to have the world’s longest trial (no joke!), picking up many new skills along the way. I progressed to surfacing supervisor in the following years, taking on more responsibility and developing client relationships as time went on. Now in my 20th year with the company I’ve taken the final, and proud step up to being a Director!

My wife Jade and I got married in 2017 and have 3 girls, which means I am outnumbered on a daily basis. I do sometimes manage to get away with watching a bit of football or F1 on a Sunday afternoon after spending most weekends running around various gymnastic or dance-related activities.
